Daily Forecast: December 19, 2022

Mainly cloudy conditions are expected across the region tomorrow. Snow squalls will continue off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay before dissipating early in the afternoon.

As the snow squalls weaken near Lake Huron by tomorrow afternoon, the Snow Squall Warnings that are in effect will likely end. Weather and road conditions may deteriorate rapidly in areas where snow squalls are forecasted. Take caution if travelling.

LOOK AHEAD: We have been monitoring a system that will move into the region later this week. At this time, it is expected that the system will enter the region late Thursday or early Friday and will push east, exiting the region by Saturday. Current hazards, precipitation types, locations impacted, and the exact track of the system remain uncertain. Further forecast details will be posted later this week.

High temperatures will range from -4°C to 1°C across the region. Temperatures in blue represent forecasted wind chill values.
