Daily Forecast: February 1, 2023



Another cold day is expected across the region tomorrow, while snow squalls continue off Georgian Bay. The rest of the region will see a mix of sun and cloud.


Snow Squall Warnings and Winter Weather Travel Advisories remain in effect from Environment and Climate Change Canada for areas off Georgian Bay. Conditions will begin to improve for these areas through the day tomorrow.


Looking ahead to Thursday, we are expecting a burst of snow to push through the region. Snow squalls may develop off Lake Huron late Thursday night. More details will be posted tomorrow.


Cold wind chills are expected once again tomorrow. Be sure to bundle up if heading outdoors, including hats, gloves, a winter coat and earmuffs. Be aware of the symptoms of hypothermia and frostbite. Limit your time outdoors if possible.
