In a press conference Monday afternoon, Doug Ford and Stephen Lecce announced that all schools in Ontario will be closed indefinitely following the April break.
All students, elementary and secondary, will participate in remote learning. The province will closely monitor the latest data to determine when it is safe to reopen schools.
Child care for non-school aged children will remain open. All before and after school programs are cancelled.
