Frost Advisories have been issued for the City of Toronto, Chatham-Kent, the Niagara Region, and Windsor-Essex. Environment Canada has declared that the growing season has started in these areas only. Widespread frost and a hard freeze is expected tonight as temperatures fall below freezing. Cover up any outdoor plants or bring them inside to prevent damage.
Warmer conditions are expected Friday and into the weekend.
