Sunday will bring another day of hazy sunshine to the region as a plume of wildfire smoke remains over the area.

Special Air Quality Statements are now in effect for much of the region due to poor air quality being caused by the wildfire smoke. Consider postponing outdoor activities, especially if you are at risk. Smoke will push south tonight and will likely remain over the region through the weekend, possibly into next week.

Looking ahead to Monday, temperatures will likely be fairly comparable to the conditions expected tomorrow. Some smoke will be possible once again, and there appears to be a low risk for showers.
