Snow will move into the region tomorrow, heavy at times for some areas, and continue through the day.

Strong wind gusts are expected across the area, with many places seeing wind gusts of 70 to 80 km/h. Blowing and drifting snow is expected, which will lead to poor road conditions and poor visibility in many areas. Take caution if travelling tomorrow.

Snow squalls will begin developing tomorrow evening in Central, Midwestern, and portions of Eastern Ontario. Weather and road conditions are expected to deteriorate rapidly in these areas, and the snow squalls are expected to last into Friday. Road closures will be possible.

Snow Squall Warnings, Winter Weather Travel Advisories, and Blowing Snow Advisories are in effect tonight. More details are available in the STORM CENTRE.
