Snow Squall Warnings have been issued for areas off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. Travel is expected to be poor tomorrow due to accumulating snow and poor visibility. Consider postponing travel until conditions improve, as many areas already have some fairly hefty snow drifts.
Blowing Snow Advisories continue tonight as well. Strong wind gusts are leading to blowing and drifting snow in many areas. Travel with caution.
As we have been stating, we are monitoring for another winter storm that will likely affect the area Saturday into Sunday. Some uncertainty remains at this time, but there is the potential for widespread snowfall.
We are also monitoring for some fairly cold temperatures that will move in for next week. Stay tuned for more updates.
