Snow will be the story across the area tomorrow, beginning in the early morning hours. Some snow may be heavy at times.
Winter Weather Travel Advisories have been issued for areas in Midwestern and Southwestern Ontario. Snow may contribute to transportation delays and reduce visibility. Amounts of 5 to 10 centimetres are expected, with locally higher amounts possible.
Winter Storm Watches have also been issued for many areas. This winter storm moving in will come with two parts - some snow tomorrow, but additional snowfall tomorrow night into Sunday, quite heavy at times, which will increase snowfall totals.
Some snowfall for this event may be significant, and strong wind gusts are expected Sunday in many areas, potentially leading to visibility being greatly reduced and very poor travel conditions. We are working on a STORM CENTRE update at this time - please stay tuned for further updates.
