Daily Forecast: February 19, 2022



A quick burst of snow will move through the area tomorrow, primarily affecting areas off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. Snowfall amounts of 6-12 cm are possible.


In addition to the falling slow, wind gusts of 70-80 km/h are expected across the region, which will lead to blowing and drifting snow, as well as poor visibility.


Environment Canada has issued multiple weather alerts, including a Blizzard Warning for parts of Grey-Bruce, Huron-Perth and Wellington County. In these areas, blizzard conditions are expected for multiple hours due to falling and drifting snow.


High temperatures will range from -10ºC to -4ºC across the region. Temperatures in blue represent forecasted wind chill values.
