Very cold wind chills are expected tomorrow. Be sure to bundle up if heading outdoors, including hats, gloves, a winter coat and earmuffs. Be aware of the symptoms of hypothermia and frostbite. Limit your time outdoors if possible. Extreme Cold Warnings have been issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada.
