More snow is expected across the region through the day tomorrow. Snow squalls are expected to continue for areas near the lakes.
A system will move into the region tomorrow morning and spread throughout the region through the day before tapering off through the evening. Poor travel conditions are expected in Southwestern Ontario during the morning commute as the snow will be falling and wind gusts up to 40 km/h may create reduced visibility. Road conditions are expected to quickly become snow covered and slippery.
Snow Squall Warnings, Snow Squall Watches and Winter Weather Travel Advisories remain in effect due to lake effect snow. Avoid travelling in these areas as weather and road conditions are expected to deteriorate rapidly.
Looking ahead to Friday, some more snow is expected. This snow will be poorly timed once again, with the morning commute being impacted across the region.
