Tomorrow will begin bitterly cold across the region before temperatures begin warming up slightly. A mix of sun and cloud is expected across much of the area, with some light snow expected off the lakes.


Wind chills tomorrow morning are expected to be between -30ºC and -35ºC across the region tomorrow morning. Extreme Cold Warnings continue across much of Southern Ontario. Make sure you are bundled up if heading outdoors. Temperatures will begin warming through the afternoon, giving some relief to the cold.


Snow Squall Warnings and Winter Weather Travel Advisories continue tonight for some areas. Snow squalls will begin weakening overnight before returning Thursday.


Strong wind gusts up to 60 km/h are expected for much of the region tomorrow, especially in the afternoon. Blowing and drifting snow is expected, leading to poor travel conditions and reduced visibility.
