A mix of sun and cloud is expected across much of the region for Monday, as some snow continues in Eastern Ontario. There will be some snow squalls off Lake Huron as well.
The cleanup is now underway for many areas as the winter storm pushes eastward. The Toronto City (Queen's Park) weather station is currently reporting 65 centimetres of snow is on the ground. Many school boards have cancelled school buses for tomorrow, and schools are closed in many school boards due to the conditions.
For Tuesday, the next weather maker will be some strong wind gusts up to 60 km/h and blowing snow across the region. There will likely be some accumulating snow for some areas, as well as some snow squalls.
