Tuesday will bring snow squalls to the snow belt regions as well as Eastern Ontario, with some flurries for areas such as Pembroke and Ottawa. Widespread blowing snow is expected.

Snow Squall Warnings and Snow Squall Watches are in effect tonight for some areas, with snow squalls expected throughout the day tomorrow. 25 to 50 centimetres appears likely for areas such as Chatsworth, Owen Sound, Wiarton, Sauble Beach and Southampton.

Some isolated snow squalls and snow showers will be possible across the region tomorrow as well, which may rapidly reduce visibility with roads becoming snow covered and slippery quickly.

Widespread blowing and drifting snow is expected tomorrow, with wind gusts near 50 km/h forecasted across the region. Some areas near Lake Erie may see wind gusts of 60 to 70 km/h. Poor visibility and poor road conditions are expected across the region tomorrow. Road closures will be possible. Ensure you allow adequate travel time throughout the day.

Cold Warnings are also in effect tonight for many areas, with wind chills near -30ºC expected tomorrow morning.
