Monday will bring mainly sunny skies to the region, along with hot and humid temperatures. Humidex values in the 40s are expected for most areas.

There will be a risk for thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening, especially in Deep Southwestern Ontario. Some thunderstorms may be strong to severe, with hazards including torrential downpours, strong wind gusts and small hail.

Heat Warnings remain in place across much of the region. Nighttime temperatures will provide little relief from the heat. Ensure you remain hydrated, even before you feel thirsty.
