Wednesday will bring rain and freezing rain across the region. Temperatures for Southwestern Ontario will be fairly mild before falling through the day.
Freezing Rain Warnings (Orange and Yellow Level) and Rainfall Warnings (Yellow Level) are in effect. Significant freezing rain is expected for Eastern Ontario, which will likely lead to power outages and tree damage.
Flooding is expected tomorrow due to heavy rain, especially within thunderstorms. For areas that receive freezing rain, flooding will also be possible. If freezing rain falls heavily, precipitation will not immediately freeze. However, icy conditions are expected on roadways and sidewalks, especially if untreated.
For Thursday, some flurries and snow showers are expected, along with much colder temperatures. Breezy conditions are also likely. Friday may be a very windy day.
