Rain will affect the area from west to east, heavy at times, however it will not last very long. It will begin in the morning for many areas west of Peterborough.

Isolated showers will continue otherwise. It will also be breezy tomorrow, with wind gusts of 50 to 70 km/h expected.

For the weekend, it appears there will be some lake effect snow showers on Saturday for areas off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.

We continue to watch a system that will move in Sunday. Rain and snow are expected, however the exact track of the storm remains uncertain. Stay tuned for further updates.
