Thursday will bring continued rain showers for much of the region, however Deep Southwestern Ontario is expected to see a mix of sun and cloud.


Lake effect rain is expected for areas near Lake Huron and Lake Erie. Rain may be heavy at times. Watch for ponding on roadways and flooded areas. Deep Southwestern Ontario will see showers move in during the evening hours.


Conditions will likely be favourable for waterspouts to develop tomorrow, especially on Lake Erie.


In addition, some areas in Central and Midwestern Ontario may see the first snowflakes of the season late tomorrow into Friday as temperatures fall. No accumulation is forecasted.
