We continue to expect below normal temperatures for this week, however the weekend appears to warm up slightly.

Tomorrow is Halloween! Conditions for trick or treating tomorrow night appear to be a bit chilly, with wind chills below 0°C. The chance for flurries will continue during the evening hours. Please ensure anyone out trick or treating is dressed for the conditions!
