A mild day is expected across the region Saturday, however it will come with rain throughout the day, as well as windy conditions.
Multiple rounds of rain and isolated thunderstorms will begin moving across the area Friday evening, and continue throughout the day Saturday.
Rainfall may be heavy at times, especially within thunderstorms. Flooding will be possible, mainly in areas that have snowpack at this time. The mild temperatures combined with heavy rainfall will lead to snowmelt, which may lead to ponding water on roadways and localized flooding. The risk for severe weather is low at this time, however further updates will be posted as needed.
The heaviest rainfall is expected for areas such as Bancroft, Burk's Falls, Haliburton, Huntsville Midland and Parry Sound, where 30 to 40 millimetres is expected. However, locally higher rainfall amounts will be possible in any area due to thunderstorms.

Wind gusts of 60 to 70 km/h are expected across the area Saturday, however some areas will see stronger wind gusts. Thunderstorms may bring wind gusts of 80 km/h, however some uncertainty remains. Ensure loose objects are secured.

Environment Canada has issued Rainfall Warnings (Yellow Level) for much of Southern Ontario.
