A low pressure system will move into the region tomorrow afternoon, bringing rain to most areas. Some areas will see snow, and there will be the potential for a rain/snow mix through the day as temperatures fall to near freezing.
During the afternoon, precipitation is expected to begin as rain for areas in Southwestern Ontario prior to the system moving to the east.
By the evening hours, the system will bring snow to areas near Georgian Bay and much of Eastern Ontario. The rest of the region will see rain. Snowfall accumulations are expected to remain low.
Overnight, precipitation will continue, with the risk for a rain/snow mix across Southwestern Ontario. The system will move out of the area on Monday morning when snow squalls begin to develop off the Great Lakes.
