Ontario reports 1,913 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday

For Tuesday, January 19, 2021, Ontario is reporting 1,913 new cases of COVID-19, 2,873 new recoveries and 46 new deaths.

There are 550 new cases in Toronto, 346 in Peel, 235 in York Region, 82 in Durham, 81 in Windsor-Essex County, 79 in Waterloo and 73 in Middlesex-London.

34,531 tests were completed yesterday.

The province says that due to a technical issue at Toronto Public Health, there is likely an underreporting of cases today.
