For Tuesday, October 5, 2021, Ontario is reporting 429 new cases of COVID-19, 696 new recoveries and 4 new deaths.


There are 108 new cases in Toronto, 55 in Peel, 47 in Ottawa, 29 in York, 23 in Hamilton and 19 in Simcoe-Muskoka.


25,441 tests were completed yesterday.
