Ontario reports 826 new COVID-19 cases Friday

For Friday, October 23, Ontario is reporting 826 new cases of COVID-19 and 733 new recoveries.

There are 292 new cases in Toronto, 186 in Peel, 87 in Ottawa and 72 in York Region.

40,019 tests were completed yesterday.
