Ahead of a winter storm beginning tomorrow afternoon, cloudy skies are expected across most of the region with a mix of sun and cloud in Eastern Ontario.
Winter Storm Watches have been issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada. Winter storm conditions are expected to develop tomorrow through the day Saturday.
