Cooler temperatures will roll in tomorrow as rain and thunderstorms move into Southwestern Ontario tomorrow morning, pushing eastward slowly through the day. Eastern and Southcentral Ontario will see a mix of sun and cloud, mainly seeing the rain after the evening hours. For any area, there will be the potential for multiple breaks in the rain during the day.
Rainfall amounts of 10 to 20 mm are expected for most of the region. Lightning and thunderstorms will be possible through the day tomorrow. Any area that receives thunderstorms may receive locally heavier rainfall and increase rainfall totals.
Flooding will be possible, particularly in any area with poor drainage. During heavy downpours, especially in thunderstorms that may develop, ponding water will be possible on roadways.
There is a low potential at the moment for some severe weather during the afternoon and evening. A Severe Weather Outlook will be posted tomorrow if deemed necessary.
