Heads up! There is the potential for freezing rain tomorrow into tomorrow night, mainly across Eastern and Central Ontario, as well as portions of the GTA.
We are expecting a mixed bag of precipitation tomorrow, but the primary concern is the freezing rain that is expected to develop. Rain will begin pushing into Southwestern Ontario in the early morning hours, likely transitioning to freezing drizzle or freezing rain near the GTA, beginning around 6 or 7 AM.
The greatest risk for freezing rain will likely be portions of the GTA, as well as portions of Central and Eastern Ontario, including Barrie, Midland, Orillia, Peterborough, Cobourg and Prince Edward County.
Snow will impact much of Eastern Ontario through the day, before there is a potential for freezing rain or drizzle into Tuesday morning, including in Ottawa and Cornwall.
Stay tuned for further updates!
