Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board

Due to current and forecasted inclement weather all school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled in the Tri-Board Student Transportation Services jurisdiction. The schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents or guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.

Avon Maitland District School Board

Due to weather, all buses are cancelled in Huron/Perth. All schools are open.

Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board

Due to current road conditions, transportation services are cancelled in all 4 zones today. As a result of transportation being cancelled, schools are closed to in-person instruction.

Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario

All school transportation has been cancelled for tomorrow, Thursday, February 13, based on the current weather forecast. At this time, all schools will remain open.

District School Board of Niagara

Based on the accumulated mixed precipitation and forecast for freezing rain across the Niagara Region this morning, and due to varying sideroad and weather conditions, student transportation is cancelled today (Thursday February 13, 2025) for the District School Board of Niagara, the Niagara Catholic District School Board and the Niagara Children’s Centre School Authority. District School Board of Niagara and Niagara Catholic District School Board schools remain open. Classes for Niagara Children’s Centre School Authority are cancelled.

Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board

All School taxis and buses are CANCELLED in ALL ZONES and ALL SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED TO STUDENTS.

Durham District School Board

Buses in all Zones are cancelled due to ongoing road conditions resulting from inclement weather. All elementary and secondary schools within Durham Region for both DDSB and DCDSB are closed for today.

Durham Catholic District School Board

Buses in all Zones are cancelled due to ongoing road conditions resulting from inclement weather. All elementary and secondary schools within Durham Region for both DDSB and DCDSB are closed for today.

Grand Erie District School Board

Due to current road conditions, transportation services are cancelled in all 4 zones today. As a result of transportation being cancelled, schools are closed to in-person instruction.

Greater Essex County District School Board

Area A - City of Windsor - All Board Provided Transportation is Cancelled for the day. Area B - County of Essex - All Board Provided Transportation is Cancelled for the day.

Halton District School Board

All Halton District and Halton Catholic District schools and administrative centres are closed and transportation services are cancelled in Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, today Thursday February 13, 2025.

Halton Catholic District School Board

All Halton District and Halton Catholic District schools and administrative centres are closed and transportation services are cancelled in Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, today Thursday February 13, 2025.

Hamilton Wentworth District School Board

All transportation is cancelled. HWDSB schools, administrative buildings and workspaces – including the Education Centre - are CLOSED today on Thursday, February 13. Last night’s snowfall continues to impact road conditions and snow removal, resulting in transportation being cancelled. As a result, all learning (in person and remote) childcare and evening permits are cancelled.

Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board

Due to inclement weather, all HWCDSB schools, adult education centres, school-based childcare centres, administrative buildings and Community Use of Schools are closed today, Thursday, February 13, 2025 and student transportation cancelled.

Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board

Due to current and forecasted inclement weather all school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled in the Tri-Board Student Transportation Services jurisdiction. The schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents or guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.

Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board

Due to weather, all buses are cancelled in Huron/Perth. All schools are open.

Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board

As a result of the extreme storm and weather (significant snowfall, freezing rain and ice pellets) forecasted to develop across regions of the Board over the course of this evening and tomorrow, all KPR schools, childcare centres, buildings, and worksites, including Education Centres, are CLOSED Thursday, February 13, to students and staff.

Lambton Kent District School Board

Buses in all zones are cancelled due to conditions.

Limestone District School Board

Due to current and forecasted inclement weather all school bus and taxi transportation is cancelled in the Tri-Board Student Transportation Services jurisdiction. The schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents or guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.

London Catholic District School Board

ALL school purpose vehicles servicing LDCSB & TVDSB in ALL areas will be CANCELLED for the DAY due to winter road conditions. All LDCSB schools and buildings are closed for the entire day. All athletic, extracurricular and system events are cancelled.

Near North District School Board

Bussing for all weather corridors are cancelled today. At this time, all schools remain open for students who can get there safely. Parents are reminded that cancelled bus routes will not run in the afternoon; any students brought to school by other means must be picked up at the end of the school day.

Niagara Catholic District School Board

All school bus/van transportation is cancelled tomorrow (Thursday, February 13, 2025) for the English Catholic and Public Schools and the French Catholic and Public Schools, within the City of Ottawa. Please Note: For students assigned to public transit (Presto), OC Transpo has advised that all 600-series school routes and any school trips on regular routes will not operate tomorrow (Thursday, February 13, 2025). At this time, all schools will remain open.

As a result of the extreme snowfall and weather forecasted to develop across regions of the Board over the course of this evening and tomorrow, all PVNC Catholic schools, buildings, and worksites, including the Catholic Education Centre, will be CLOSED Thursday, February 13 to students and staff. Before and after school programs will be cancelled.

Renfrew County District School Board

Transportation services are CANCELLED for ALL AREAS for Thursday February 13, 2025 due to overnight snow accumulation with more snow forecasted throughout the day. All RCDSB and RCCDSB schools will be CLOSED out of an abundance of caution. There will be no staff at schools to receive children.

Buses in all zones are cancelled due to conditions.

Thames Valley District School Board

ALL school purpose vehicles servicing LDCSB & TVDSB in ALL areas will be CANCELLED for the DAY due to winter road conditions. ALL schools, Education Centres, Distribution Centres, EarlyON Centres, Child Care Centres, and Before/After School Programs are closed today due to inclement weather.

Toronto District School Board

School Transportation is cancelled for all students today in Toronto. All TDSB schools and sites are closed today due to the weather forecast.

Toronto Catholic District School Board

School Transportation is cancelled for all students today in Toronto. Due to the winter storm and impact on the city, all schools are closed for in-person learning. Child care centres and before and after school programs are also cancelled.

Trillium Lakelands District School Board

All school vehicles to schools in ALL ZONES for Trillium Lakelands District School Board have been cancelled for Thursday February 13, 2025. Including all school vehicles to St. Mary's, St. Dominic, St. Luke's and Saint John Paul II Elementary schools and St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in City of Kawartha Lakes. All school vehicles to St. Dominic Catholic Secondary School, Monsignor Michael O'Leary and Saint Mary Catholic Elementary Schools in Muskoka have been cancelled. All schools, education centres and child care centres in schools will be closed.

Upper Canada District School Board

All school transportation has been cancelled for tomorrow, Thursday, February 13, based on the current weather forecast. At this time, all schools will remain open.

All School taxis and buses are CANCELLED in ALL ZONES and ALL SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED TO STUDENTS.

Waterloo Catholic District School Board

A major winter storm is expected to reach Waterloo Region overnight, bringing hazardous conditions that will make travel unsafe on Thursday, February 13, 2025. With the safety of students, staff, and families as our top priority, the Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB), the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) and Student Transportation Services of Waterloo Region, have made the proactive decision to cancel all student transportation and close all schools on Thursday, February 13, 2025. All school buses, taxis, and special education routes operated by WCDSB and WRDSB will be cancelled. All schools will be closed. All St. Louis Adult Learning and Continuing Education Centres programs and services will be cancelled, and St. Louis sites will be closed. All Extended Day Childcare Programs will be closed.
