This year's Halloween may look a bit different in some areas due to COVID-19, however, the weather will look much the same as past years.
Across most of the region, cloudy conditions should be expected, except in the Niagara region where clear conditions can be expected for Trick or Treaters.
Temperatures are expected to range from 2ºC-8ºC across the region, so be sure to dress warmly!
