Snow squalls will be the story tomorrow across Central, Midwestern and portions of Eastern Ontario. Some flurries and heavier snow showers are expected across the rest of the region.


Snow Squall Warnings, Snow Squall Watches and Winter Weather Travel Advisories remain in effect tonight. Snow squalls will begin developing tonight and cause poor travel conditions throughout the day. Travel with caution.


Strong wind gusts are expected throughout the day tomorrow, with many areas seeing gusts of at least 50 to 60 km/h. Some areas in Extreme Southwestern Ontario will likely see wind gusts over 60 km/h. Blowing and drifting snow is expected across the region, leading to poor driving conditions due to poor visibility and snow covered roadways, especially for areas that have already received significant snowfall.


It will certainly feel noticeably colder tomorrow as the arctic air mass moves in, bringing wind chills into the negative teens through the day in many areas.
