For Tuesday, December 1, Chatham-Kent Public Health is reporting 17 new cases of COVID-19, 2 new recoveries and 1 new death. There are now 31 active cases.
The health unit has also confirmed an outbreak at Riverview Gardens in Chatham, where a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 and is now in self-isolation.
Chatham-Kent now has a total of 512 cases, 477 recoveries and 4 deaths.
